CEO/Executive Director/Board Comments
N4N has focused on reaching the communities of highest need around Nashville and the country. Our fundraising success with music manufacturers and music focused brands has been the result of a growth strategy to reach these communities. This support has established N4N as the largest youth recording studio organization in the country and positioned us for further growth into the surrounding communities of each studio with local support inspired by the impact we've created with the anchoring studio. We then seek to build sustainability through our host partners (Boys & Girls Club/ Youth centers) by empowering them to leverage N4N and their roots in the community to ensure each studio's future. Collaboration is at the core of our culture and business model. Through partnership with our hosts we have a no cost space to build the studio as well as a relationship through which strategic fundraising opportunities can create both N4N sustainability as well as funding for our host's operations. Managing a growing network of 15+ partners to create sustainability is a resource intense coordination effort requiring a development team adept at organization, communication and inspiration. |
