CEO/Executive Director/Board Comments

As a national organization with 25+ studios across 12 states, N4N's team must be proactive, communicative and agile. Our largest concentration of Senior team members are based in Nashville allowing for onsite management and response to opportunities. In many of our studios we have one team member, Program Director, remotely managed by a supervisor, Area Director, overseeing multiple locations. Our Program Directors must be responsible, proactive and accountable. Area Directors regularly check in (weekly/daily) as well as in person on a quarterly, as needed, basis. Our studios would be just rooms full of gear if it were not for our staff. Culture is paramount at N4N. We foster an open environment where team members can connect with each other as resources in person (retreats) and digitally to source solutions and make the best of their program. It is this connectedness amongst colleagues as well as strong oversight and support from Area Directors and COO on the operations side that equal success. As we grow larger, we want to feel smaller. As is the case in many non-profits, we seek to build up our team and provide support (financially/ benefits) to retain talented team members. It is our team that wakes up everyday to change a young person's life with music and while we are limited by our means, it is our focus to make a life long career at N4N a reality and not a sacrifice.
