CEO/Executive Director/Board Comments
Our biggest challenge regarding staffing is that there are very few of us. We have an Artistic Director, Technical Director and Administrator identified, all of whom work other jobs to support their families. Because of our fundraiser in 2017 we are now able to budget a starting salary for our Artistic Director, pay our administrator hourly with a weekly cap and pay our technical director per show. Ideally we would like to make our administrator a full-time position and technical director more regularly reimbursed than per production. We would also like to add a consistent, livable wage for our company stage manager who has proved to be an invaluable part of our company. |
