Develop human capital plans to achieve program objectives with organizing staff and consultants. Budget and monitor program to ensure sound fiscal and system management. Participate and steward team participation in organizational development efforts. Direct the development and implementation of outreach and organizing plans focused on organization's alumni. Facilitate the development of action campaigns including developing effective campaign plans, coordination of campaign activities and actions, and recruiting coalition allies.
