| Joy's Experience: Southeast Community Ventures is my first nonprofit. Our signature fundraising event is Southeast Community Day, and began last year. We raised $50,000 and had over 3,500 attendees. Prior to founding this organization, I was the chair of the IMF Nashville MLK Day Celebration Committee, where under my leadership we increased sponsorship contributions 6x over, and increased attendance to 8,000 people. | |
