Mission
We serve communities by helping make construction dreams a reality for nonprofits in need. We do this by connecting design and construction partners to collaboratively accomplish projects with purpose. This is at no cost to the nonprofit clients we serve.
Background
ShareBuilt is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation established in 2022 by a dedicated group of AEC industry professionals. Feeling called to serve our comminutes and to leverage our collective industry experience, we created ShareBuilt to directly connect individuals and non-profits in need of new and renovated facilities with professional AEC organizations seeking to meet such needs.
As we grow, we will continue to work with partners across all industries accomplishing projects for nonprofits. We are excited to be able to touch the lives of so many people and look forward to efficiently and effectively fulfilling project dreams by aligning needs with willing and able industry resources.

CEO Statement
Building with Purpose
Construction has been part of my life from a very young age. When I was 12, my carpenter father took me under his wing to teach me his trade while we built a porch together at his home. That early introduction to construction made such an impact on me that I pursued a degree in Construction Management and a subsequent 40-year career building schools, hospitals, theaters, office buildings and retail projects nationwide.
Over the years I have sought to support the design and construction needs of nonprofits and individuals whenever possible.
Seeking to bridge the vast chasm that separates those with significant design and construction needs and the hundreds of designers and contractors who generously give their time for such projects in their communities is what led to the launching of ShareBuilt.
ShareBuilt not only helps those in need to tell their stories and gain visibility for their projects, but it simultaneously allows those in the Architect, Engineer and Contractor (AEC) community to direct their philanthropic efforts toward projects that best align with their company values, capabilities, and staff interests. ShareBuilt will connect the project needs with providers to better collaborate and communicate to complete projects with impact. We can't do it alone though. We need your help.
We have numerous ways to get involved and we hope you will join us in our mission. I believe we can make an enormous impact through this shared vision to build others up while building together.
The needs are great but the resources are greater.
