At the end of each workshop, we will conduct a brief survey. We also track the number of people who attend each workshop and ask for feedback on how we can improve the workshop in the future. Our long-term goal is to interview workshop participants to learn more about how the program impacted them. We also want to survey participants on a longer-term basis to understand how the program has continued to benefit them over time.
