| We strive to provide quality health care to all, including underserved and vulnerable families in our community. With over 35,000 uninsured residents in Rutherford County, our ability to grow and serve a greater number of patients is critically important in meeting these health care needs. The expansion of our Smyrna location will allow us to serve a greater number of patients in the northern part of the county. Relocation of our Hope II location to Mercury Court has enhanced patient care and increased access to healthcare for residents in that area. Our vision is to provide a medical home for the patients we serve. Our comprehensive care incorporates not only primary and acute health care services, but also pediatric health care, behavioral health counseling, diabetes and weight management counseling and support, on-site lab testing, x-ray, pharmacy and prescription assistance. We also offer Spanish and other language translation services. |
