Ryan's Experience: Ryan is a proven servant leader and marketing professional with years of experience in creating grassroots promotion, client engagement and building stakeholder relations. He graduated from Trevecca Nazarene University in 2013 with a Masters in Organizational Leadership and comes from a strong business background with more than 15 years of leadership experience improving non-profit organizations. He spent 9 of those years with St. Luke's Community House managing a $1.6 million budget. During his time at St. Luke's he was responsible for or secured over $1 million dollars in grants and partnerships with the United Way, Community Foundation, Nashville Public Schools and local churches. He was an integral leader on a shared services team granted $1 million to create statewide model for the Department of Human Services. Through his nonprofit work he was able to serve the working poor community of West Nashville by providing for their immediate needs and teaching self-sufficiency skills to help break the poverty cycle. Ryan also previously worked on 10 film campaigns with a combined box office of over $108 Million. This list includes faith-based films such as "War Room", "Woodlawn", "God's Not Dead 2" and "The Case for Christ". He has built partnerships with over 1300 church networks across the country. Through this experience he learned how to support local churches and ministries by providing tools in line with their vision to effectively impact their communities. |
