CEO/Executive Director/Board Comments
We build high quality homes with professional contractors and subcontractors, not with volunteers. We do this because preservation is critical to our mission. Hard Bargain is a generational neighborhood and many families can trace their roots back to the emancipated slaves who bought property and built homes in the Hard Bargain neighborhood. Our homes are built to last 100+ years so that the owner of the home can pass it to down to their children or grandchildren, just like families have been doing for over 100 years. |
