| Candy's Experience: Candy's experience before founding The Bridge Ministry was in the gospel music business. She traveled from the day she was born with mom, dad and brothers in the singing Hemphill Family until The Bridge Ministry was birthed. She also traveled with The Gaither Homecoming groups. Her talent and gift of music has won her many grammys and dove awards. She has been CEO of The Bridge Ministry since 2004. | |

| Jennifer's Experience: Jennifer Ranson's life is marked by a passionate desire to lead people to a transformed life in Jesus and empower people to walk fully in their God given purpose. Her various pastoral roles over the past 20 years include youth ministry, small groups, church administration, production, missions and outreach. With each assignment, she has successfully developed effective teams through her exuberant and focused leadership. Her enthusiasm and love for people is contagious. Through her leadership the needs of thousands have been met by creating strategic partnerships with local and global organizations helping the broken and bruised of the world. After almost a decade of faithful support to The Bridge Ministry, Jennifer stepped into a new area of service as the Chief Operating Officer for The Bridge Ministry in January 2017. Prior to this appointment she had been a loyal weekly volunteer, team leader and a Bridge Ministry Board member. Her passion to share the love of Christ and provide resource to Nashville's under-resourced people is inspiring. Even with Jennifer's vast responsibilities, she still regards family as her top priority. Originally from Louisiana, Jennifer and her husband relocated to Nashville in 1993. She and her husband Tim are the owners of Delta Stage Lighting, where she also serves as the Vice President. Tim and Jennifer have 3 amazing children who, like their parents, are dedicated to serving and helping others. | |
