CEO/Executive Director/Board Comments
While we are considered a part-time program, we are functioning at a full-time level with creative, dedicated staff. They have developed significant efficiencies and procedures to enable us to serve up to 15 more people per week in the same amount of time that we've always had, which is two days of work in a borrowed kitchen. The impact of their work is phenomenal and touches many lives throughout Davidson and Williamson Counties. We hope to increase funding soon, so that we can hire staff to better support administrative roles/organization infrastructure. |
