CEO/Executive Director/Board Comments
Since AgeWell's Executive Director and Board President participated in the inaugural class of the Center for Nonprofit Management's J.D. Elliott Governance Catalyst program, AgeWell continues to reap benefits from the valuable information on governance best practice and the linkage with CNM consultant, Jim Vaillancourt. We have implemented a series of Board surveys to develop a board profile, new member recruiting strategies, and to re-design the Board Governance committee to ensure year-round strategies for maintaining a diverse and highly engaged governing board. |
