Onnie's Experience: Onnie Kirk has a B.S. in Communications from Texas Tech University. He has a wealth of experience in working with youth as a scout leader, baseball coach and mentor. He is also an ordained pastor. He has 20 years of experience in pastoral counseling. Onnie has served on the board of WIOM and the Israel Prayer Chain. He is the author of a historical non-fiction book, 'Once We Were Family.' and recently Co-Authored ' The Day Sonny Died' a fictional novel another novel about the plight of the fathers abondoning their families and the generational toll it has. |

Family Foundation Fund has a manual for operations, outlining our policies and procedures. Staff meetings are held once a week. We also perform seasonal reviews where staff performance is double-critiqued to improve areas of weakness as well as highlight strengths. |
