CEO/Executive Director/Board Comments
The NCA is fortunate to have a strong internal management team comprised of the Chief Executive Officer, Development Director, Clinical Director, and Director of Forensic and Family Services. All management team members have years of experience and are dedicated to the mission and services of NCA. A common theme is balancing the increasing demands for services with the resources available. The NCA management team has given new meaning to "doing more with less." NCA management team utilizes the Outcome Measurement System (OMS) to constantly evaluate the quality of services to clients and our multidisciplinary team. Results are tracked though a national child advocacy center data base (NCAtrak) and reports are made available to funders. Results are also analyzed to determine areas of improvement in client service delivery. |
