Katie's Experience: In her nine years as Siloam's Chief Development Officer, Katie has been instrumental in the growth of Siloam Health and embodies the traits that Siloam needs in a CEO. She is a strategic, trustworthy, and relational leader who will keep the mission at the center of all Siloam's efforts as we care for our patients. In her nine years as Siloam's Chief Development Officer, Katie has been instrumental in the growth of Siloam Health by doubling annual contributed revenue from $1.6M to $3.2M allowing Siloam to serve 2,000 more patients each year through the opening of Siloam Health Antioch. In addition, she serves on influential committees, spearheaded the creation and growth of the Next Generation Board, and created opportunities for staff development. |
