Organizations are always in need of good people. Good people are driven by their desire to be better. They seek challenges that often result in them leaving one organization for another. As the Executive Director one of my biggest challenges is to remind my staff of what Aphesis House is about, our purpose and our vision. The goal is to help each staff person to see the mutuality of visions, the vision of Aphesis House and their own. |
