| While the Medical Foundation of Nashville is a new organization, the programs have been ongoing under the management of the Nashville Academy of Medicine. The governance of the organization was developed and designed with assistance from an outside consultant as well as experts who have previously participated in processes to adapt nonprofit governance structures and documents. |
