| Rebecca's Experience: Rebecca Leslie, CEO, joined the Academy in 2014, where she was charged by the board of directors to be the founding CEO of the Medical Foundation of Nashville. Previously, she worked as vice president with the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce. Rebecca has served on the boards of Hospital Hospitality House, Bridges, and the Southeastern Young Alumni Charitable Foundation. She has a passion for serving the underserved through Nashville's healthcare community. Rebecca holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Alabama and an MBA from Lipscomb University. | |

| In an effort to provide a more complete picture of the organization, the management page includes information not just on the Medical Foundation of Nashville, but on the management of the programs under the Nashville Academy of Medicine. As the Nashville Academy of Medicine launched and operated the programming of the Medical Foundation of Nashville until the organization was established, the Academy and its staff continue to operate the programs as an independent contractor until such time as the Foundation board deems it appropriate to further separate operations from the Academy. |
