| The Board's primary duties are strategic implementation of programs and processes - providing strategic leadership through Board decisions and strategic guidance when working with Committees.Eight of the eleven Board Members are new to the Doing Good Board of Directors, and one of the eight was already a Doing Good volunteer promoted from within. Therefore, Doing Good is training current and future Board Members in leadership development with the intent of Doing Good becoming an ideal 'first experience' for those interested in community leadership and serving on other Boards in the future. |
