| Megan's Experience: McInnis graduated from Belmont University in 2018 with her Master of Education in Nonprofit Leadership. In her work with small and large national non-profits, she has worked as Executive Director, Marketing Director, Special Events Director and Fundraiser. Prior to the non-profit industry, she worked in film/television for Disney (the Film Manager at Disney Institute) then with independent filmmakers across the US and Canada. While at Disney, McInnis earned her Certificate through Disney University in Management: Disney Style. | |

CEO/Executive Director/Board Comments
| The Board is seeking initial funds to fund the salary of its first staff person to begin in Q3, 2022. This role will likely begin on a part-time basis. Sponsorships are the primary goal, yet personal donations and grant funding are always sought and appreciated. The latter two have proven to sustain Doing Good, and sponsorships are viewed as the way to grow the organization. |
