CEO/Executive Director/Board Comments
CNM is an organization with a clear vision and relevant mission. Blessed with a strong board and a history of a solid, performing staff, CNM is known in the community as a well-governed and well-run organization. The board governs wisely and well, giving the staff freedom to develop CNM's programs and services in accordance with client needs and good business practices. The small staff is highly effective, all the more so because of the consultants and trainers who allow us to meet business demands without high fixed costs. CNM has always operated out of a strategic plan and develops business plans for new ventures. |
