Kay's Experience: In July 2020 Kay Kretsch joined Dismas as the Interim CEO of Dismas Inc. She has served as a board member since 2015 and lead the five-year expansion project for Dismas from start to finish. During her board tenure she served two years as the Board Chair, bringing hands-on experience to the interim position. Kay believes communities are only as strong as their weakest link and is committed to reducing recidivism one person at a time. As a multifaceted business leader with diverse experience she has track record of building performance-driven organization for Global 2000 and Fortune 500 companies. Her broad background includes healthcare, wireless technologies, test publishing, commercial and military avionics, semiconductors, defense and emerging technology arenas. Her leadership style relies on bringing cross-functional operations into close alignment to achieve unprecedented performance results. Originally from Wisconsin, she obtained her BA from the University of Wisconsin, a Master in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas in St Paul, MN, she is a registered Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, a certified Balanced Scorecard Professional, and Key Performance Indicator Professional. She has over 30 years of board service, including serving as an employee administrator for the Honeywell Foundation, and has received numerous community service awards. |
