Pamela's Experience: Pamela (Pam) brings Monroe Harding an impressive background in nonprofit management within our organization, advocacy for service recipients, fundraising, community engagement, government affairs, and work with disconnected young people. Pam has been acknowledged by the Board as having the organizational skills and experience to lead Monroe Harding into its future. She has demonstrated highly effective strategic planning, project management, and personnel management skills. Pam has been involved for 12 years in planning and executing the Monroe Harding strategic planning, business development, community connections, and government relations. Before being named CEO, Pam served as Senior Director of Monroe Harding's young adult resource center. She led the young adult resource center to become the thriving program that was identified by our strategic partner, Foster Forward, as the first replication site for its Harvard University award-winning Works Wonders intensive career development program. |

Monroe Harding is a leader in serving the youth of Tennessee. We are licensed by the state of Tennessee as a Residential Child Care Agency and as a Child Placing Agency. We are accredited by the Council on Accreditation for services in , Youth Independent Living, Workforce Development and Support, Supported Community Living, Family Foster Care/Kinship Care, and Financial Education and Counseling. This recognition is a testament to our experienced, educated, and well-trained staff. |
