Nashville Film Festival has structured itself around a very small but high-functioning full-time staff while relying on several dozen seasonal contract / project-based employees to serve many other functions for the organization. This has served us well over recent years and given us the adaptability to make quick changes when needed, while keeping our overhead costs low. As the organization grows, we will continue to target key additions to the full-time staff including in areas of development and marketing. |
