CEO/Executive Director/Board Comments
Staffing over the past year proved difficult, as many early childhood educators left the field to pursue higher wages and better benefits. To help combat ongoing staffing challenges, we raised our hourly wages and added dental/vision insurance at no cost to the employee and began a partnership with Faith Family Medical Center to provide subscription medical services to qualifying employees at no cost to the employee. |
