CHP of Williamson County is now on a path of growth for the 2024-2025 fiscal year. Board membership is stable, and a three year business plan is in place and being followed. CHP is continuing to do some serious work in the areas of owner occupied rehabilitation, single family low income housing construction and lending and in addressing work force housing issues in Williamson County. CHP means to make a significant impact on the production of affordable housing and in addressing all housing issues of Williamson County. |
