CEO/Executive Director/Board Comments
Staffing challenges exist relative to continuing to provide competitive pay and benefits. We annually evaluate salary and benefits and strive to maintain competitive pay and appropriate opportunity for increases in salary as appropriate as well as looking to enhance our benefits package for employees. Raising additional funds to keep pace with what our staff deserves is important to us but challenging at times. We believe that our culture enhances opportunities to attract and retain qualified individuals to provide our services and programs, and our efforts to maintain a quality workplace in addition to the intrinsically rewarding nature of our work is attractive and aids in our efforts. |
