Kimberly's Experience: Since January 2018, Kim has served Tennessee Craft in a variety of roles including membership manager, program manager and fair director. Prior to formally joining the Tennessee Craft staff, she spent years volunteering in a variety of ways during our fairs, including serving as volunteer coordinator.

Kim earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with a specialization in Information Technology from the University of South Florida (Tampa). Much of her 36-year career, prior to joining the staff of Tennessee Craft, Kim served in senior executive roles in regulatory and non-profit organizations, for which she brings both corporate experience and non-profit expertise to all aspects of Tennessee Craft. For the past two decades, Kim served as the chief operating and compliance officer of a large non-profit organization in her home state of Florida, where she honed her skills in operations, compliance, finance, development, fundraising, grants acquisition and management, strategic planning as well as advancing the organization's arts studio and programming. In addition, she is a champion for persons with disabilities and has advocated at state and local levels for accessibility and diversity in the arts for persons of all abilities in all aspects of arts growth and engagement.
