| Steve's Experience: Steve Norris is a retired businessman who has volunteered to fill the role of the organization's President at 4:13 Strong since its transition to an independent nonprofit organization from the YMCA's Y-Build program in 2015. Steve worked in the healthcare industry as a consultant for almost 20 years. During this time he oversaw the implementation of large-scale process improvement project in some of the most prestigious hospitals all around the country. Steve became involved with the Y-Build program as a volunteer board member in 2013. Impressed by how the program was helping the disadvantaged young men in the city of Nashville, he volunteered to help establish the new nonprofit organization that took over the operational and financial responsibility of Y-Build from the YMCA. Today, that non-profit organization is known as 4:13 Strong. | |
