| Missy's Experience: Missy and her late husband, Rod Cook, co-founded the Cooper Trooper Foundation after their youngest son, Cooper, was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer in 2008. CTF obtained 501(c)3 non-profit status in 2009. Up until October of 2021, Missy was not compensated for her volunteer time to fill the role of Executive Director. Upon the Board of Directors encouragement and advisement, it was voted on and supported to begin compensating Missy with a salary for her time and dedication in this role. | |
