CEO/Executive Director/Board Comments

Throughout most of Vox Grata's history, the accompanist and conductors have donated their time and talents with no remuneration. In order to plan for long-term sustainability and provide for administrative support, the board implemented a 4-year plan, allowing for honorariums for these staff beginning in 2019 and increasing each year through FY 2022. The Board is reevaluating this plan in conjunction with its budgeting for 23/24 and beyond. We will rely on grants and donations to fulfill this plan.
