| Heather's Experience: HEATHER SCHOCH is the President & CEO for the Tennessee Center for Performance Excellence (TNCPE). She is a dynamic business excellence leader and Baldrige expert with extensive background in strategic planning, performance metrics, quality management systems, and continuous improvement methods. Before her current role, Heather served as Chief Operating Officer at TNCPE, Business Excellence Leader at CIGNA Government Services, and spent ten years as a Baldrige consultant with clients across the state of Tennessee. Heather has served on the TNCPE Panel of Judges as well as the Baldrige and TNCPE Board of Examiners. In 2009, she received TNCPE's Champion of Excellence Award for furthering performance excellence within her organization. Heather graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics. |
