| Hillary's Experience: As the Executive Director for the Fort Campbell Branch of the Armed Services YMCA, and an African American Female, I bring a variety of past experiences and perspectives to the organization. I am a prior service Air Force Veteran, and also the daughter of a service member, who actually served at the installation on which I am currently working. The majority of my professional experience has been in or with the Federal Government. Prior to moving back to TN and joining the ASYMCA, I was with the US Dept of State for 8 years. | |

CEO/Executive Director/Board Comments
| As a small non-profit, it is difficult to compete with salary wages in the community, even on the same installation. Another issue is the turnover rate - we have an excellent pool of eligible employees in the spouse community of Fort Campbell, however we can only usually keep them for the duration of their military partner's tour at Fort Campbell. Of course, we search the local community, but again competing with salaries for licensed educators. |
