Megan's Experience: Megan Schwalm is the Executive Director of the Tennessee Respite Coalition, a nonprofit organization that provides respite services to family caregivers across the state and is the sponsor of the Senior Companions Program for Davidson County. She has a PhD in Educational Policy and Public Health and an MA in Therapeutic Recreation, from the University of Iowa. She has over 20 years of diverse professional experience working in the fields of disability, mental health, volunteer management, nonprofit administration and higher education.
