| Victor's Experience: Victor Legerton was previously Secretary (Executive Director) of the Kiwanis Club of Glendale (CA) and Glendale Kiwanis Foundation, both from April 1, 1990 through September 30, 2012, and of the Kiwanis Club of Nashville (TN) and Kiwanis of Nashville Foundation, both from November 1, 2011 through September 30, 2018. He has been the Secretary and Executive Director of the Kiwanis Club of Greater Music City Foundation since its incorporation in May 2019. Vic has also secured a Certificate in Fundraising and Institutional Advancement and another in Nonprofit Management. He has utilized his varied skills in retail and consulting businesses, for 45 years in aerospace engineering with Lockheed and Jet Propulsion Laboratory, churches, and fraternal organizations. |

| H.'s Experience: Trish is delighted to follow her passions for children and personal development, volunteering in efforts that promote values she prizes: kindness, learning, and faith. Trish enjoyed 38 years of business experience, working with institutional clients and delivery teams to bring excellence in financial services and technology, while employed at JPMorgan Chase Bank and FIS/SunGard. Throughout her career, she volunteered in church activities and community outreach. Since relocating to middle Tennessee from New Jersey early 2020 and subsequently retiring from full-time work, Trish has been a part-time substitute teacher in Williamson County elementary schools. This contact with children inspires, fulfills, and informs her. Also, Trish continues to mentor business field colleagues. Trish is a member of the Nashville Catholic Business Women's League (NCBWL) and a volunteer at Saint Philip Church in Franklin. She volunteers with the Greater Nashville Regional Council (GNRC). Further, she serves as a judge in SIFMA's Investwrite financial literacy student essay contests and has been a YMCA tutor. |
