CEO Statement

Franklin Housing Collaborative is located in Williamson County, the fastest growing county in Tennessee with the 17th highest household income in the country. The Franklin community is consistently recognized as a great place to live and work. It is a great community but we have a tremendous need for more affordable housing. With the average home price being between $425,000 and $475,000, there is not enough housing available for many of the employees, service workers, teachers and others that take care of us each day. Franklin Housing Services Corporation is working to provide affordable housing for those that want to live in our community. We need funding to purchase homes and/or opportunities to partner with other organizations to purchase homes that can be added to the affordable housing stock.
