The mission of SWAY is to merge the arts, science and mindfulness to build leaders. Our system navigates each practitioner to experience eupnoea. Eupnoea is defined as normal, good, unlabored, quiet breathing. Eupnoea occurs when we are in a natural state of relaxation. When we are relaxed productivity, decision making, emotional intelligence, mental and physiological health soars.
