Description
The purpose of the Transitioning Citizen Assistance Program (TCAP) is to help transitioning citizens become employable through education, training and workshops designed to equip under-represented people with the knowledge and tools vital to secure gainful employment as qualifiedcredible employees. The Transitioning Citizen Assistance Program will target employablehuman beings who are experiencing hardship that impacts life, health,family, home, income, etc. The program strives to empower underrepresented citizens to find success and security through self-sustainment in society. TCAP focuses on three levels of personal development. Each levelrequires individual engagement and interaction to successfully completeprogram criteria. Training, presentations, videos, handouts,reference material, evaluations and quizzes apply to each programlevel.
