Description
The BeWell in School Program is built on breath and movement, giving students effective tools to navigate challenging feelings and regulate behaviors before they escalate. With a trained, on-site BeWell Teacher, and curated classroom space, the school has dedicated and daily access to implement mindfulness and regulation strategies on an individual and school-wide level. The BeWell Program proves to increase time on-task as well as positive behavior, improve test scores, boost teacher morale, and reduce incidents of disciplinary referrals.
