Description
P3 Program is designed to inspire at risk youth to increase self awareness, enhance cognitive thinking, foster critical reading, critical writing, critical dialogue (communication), critical listening and to develop self-efficacy.
Program Successes
Testimony:
"After experiencing the TRT (True Reality Talks) with former prisoners at juvenile and see how much they cared about me, I decided change. My grades improved, I got a job, and I'm in college now. If I had not known that someone like me could be somebody, I may not have tried, but after seeing the success of UVO people, I knew that I could."

Sharpen critical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills as fundamental needs to avoid the pipeline to prison.

Familiarize with basics of finance and how to acquire a common stock through a DRIP (dividend reinvestment plan).
Customize their Vision Plan for success
