Independent, competitive employment is the goal of this program. Journeys' job placement specialists assist individuals in seeking and gaining competitive employment. Vocational coaches are available to provide necessary on-the-job training to individuals at no cost to the employer. Small groups of individuals are also placed in work crews in area industries with Journeys providing free supervision as needed.

Recreational activities are provided for those who have reached retirement age.
