Nashville General Hospital Foundatoin continues its efforts to help patients, families and staff of Nashville General Hospital by addressing important community needs such as men's health, women's health and in the future behavioral health care. NGH is moving forward with the creation and deployment of patient centered medical homes which will provide patients in Middle Tennessee with 24/7/365 wrap-around care. This means that patients will obtain preventative care so that they need not come to the emergency department for primary care services and will be able instead to thrive where they are now.
