CEO/Executive Director/Board Comments

The Nashville General Hospital Foundation seeks to ensure that its financial practices are based on the fundamental values of fiscal accountability, responsibility, and openness. The Board of Directors regularly evaluates corporate performance in order to improve charitable operations, governance, public benefit mission, financial management, and fundraising. NGHF maintains its fund balances in FDIC insured bank accounts below the $100,000 limit. The charity also requires that for expenses over $1000, all checks must be countersigned by two officers.
