Description
Trauma REBOOT, leverages the proven methodology of our veteran and first responder courses to meet a service gap for all adults overcoming trauma. The outcome of our recent beta launch has been an overwhelming request for more Trauma REBOOT courses specifically for women in recovery to ensure that female participants feel safe and valued.

REBOOT's 12 week trauma healing courses are peer-led, faith-based, and outcomes driven. We offers a scalable, high-impact solution to a nationwide mental health and suicide epidemic. Trauma is contagious and spreads from generation to generation if left untreated. REBOOT is disrupting this pattern and offering participants the opportunity to chart a healthier course for themselves and their families.

Description
Our courses are open to military members of all eras, branches and ranks and are offered to participants free of charge.

For many veterans the stress doesn't end when the deployment is over. The trauma of the experience follows them home and, if left unaddressed, begins to chip away at their well-being. Sadly, recent VA data indicates that the majority of veterans who complete suicide aren't even connected to the VA for health services. They need the support of others in their community who have experienced similar challenges and they are finding it through REBOOT Recovery's trauma healing courses.

Our programs are designed as a course, rather than a traditional support group, with a standardized curriculum taught in each location by a trained leader and a team of volunteers. Our courses are faith-based, evidence driven, and peer-led.

Description
First responders are the people who keep our community going in times of crisis. With increased stressors resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, the needs among our first
responders, medical workers and frontline personal have never been greater.

Our outcomes-based trauma healing courses provide a unique blend of clinical insight and Christian faith-based support. REBOOT "communities" are safe, private, often peer-
led, and are offered at no cost to participants. Childcare and a pre-discussion meal are provided on a weekly basis to remove barriers of entry for families seeking help. We
encourage the participation of spouses and loved ones because we know that trauma impacts the entire family. Each week course participants eat a meal together, watch a
short video and complete a discussion from our curriculum workbook. Topics are specific to trauma and help families build a local community of support while
overcoming challenges with anxiety, guilt, identity and unresolved grief.
