Description
Big Table opened its Nashville office on July 1, 2021 with a local City Director. We currently have four full-time employees: City Director, Operations Director, and male/female Care Coordinators. A parttime admin has been budgeted to start later in 2024.
The restaurant and hospitality industry is filled with marginalized people-groups that intersect across multiple target populations listed below. Because Big Table is focused on an industry, not a single issue, we address multiple areas. Our Impact Areas are: Housing Stability (56%), Mental/Emotional Health (22%), Job Readiness (17%), Medical/Dental Care, (5%), and Addiction Recovery (1%). 30% of our funding across all of our impact areas goes to single-parent family support.
