Nashville in Harmony has reached our 20th anniversary and continues to grow. We have three ensembles, the original adult chorus, the Major Minors and our new Pride Marching Band. We would like to start an SSAA ensemble to accommodate our disproportionate amount of interested Soprano and Alto singers that we cannot balance with enough Tenors and Basses. This will require hiring an artistic director for a new ensemble and potentially another accompanist. We are also a 20 year old nonprofit with and all-volunteer working board, so our capital campaign also aims to raise money for hiring an executive director. Having a paid person in charge of the board will allow them to shoulder and grow new fund raising efforts and take pressure off of our volunteer board members which will reduce burnout and help the organization continue to grow comfortably.
