Kailey's Experience: Kailey has served women facing an unplanned pregnancy and with women's clinics since she was 16 years old. Throughout her childhood she moved from Colorado to Illinois to Arizona where she started volunteering at her first pregnancy clinic. God's vision for her career started that year and she knew this is where His calling met her passion. She attended Pepperdine University, studying Business Administration and Nonprofit Management while staying involved with the local clinic in Los Angeles. After a few years working in private equity and software consulting she returned her focus to nonprofits. She has been in Nashville since August 2018 working in Nonprofit Advancement and Development. In October 2021 Kailey became the new CEO of Hope Clinic for Women after a thorough board-led recruitment process including internal and external candidates. Her previous work in consulting, board management, and fundraising bring strong ability to lead a team of diverse providers and professionals. Kailey is a member of the Tennessee Christian Chamber, Connect Nashville, cityCURRENT, and The Healing Trust's Peer Circle group. Her favorite things about Hope Clinic includes our focus on serving the woman first, being pro-life from womb-to-tomb, and developing our champions (our donors) to fulfil their call through serving with our ministry.

Hope Clinic for Women requires a wide array of talented professionals to accomplish our mission including RNs, NPs, licensed counselors, case managers, social workers, fundraising professionals, and business professionals. The work we do is emotionally heavy therefore we work diligently to ensure our staff is cared for, empowered, and resourced despite limited financial resources. We partner with the Center for Nonprofit Management for any hiring we do while also searching other avenues to attract diverse individuals. Our current team of half full-time and half part-time leaders allows us to provide medical coverage for people who may have other jobs at other facilities. We often attract individuals early in their career looking to get a start in the nonprofit world and seasoned professionals looking to give back at the end of their career. We are grateful for both perspectives that allow to provide care and steward our donors in a way that honors many people.
