CEO/Executive Director/Board Comments
Nurses for Newborns functions under one 501(c)3, with our headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri and our office in Tennessee. NFN is overseen from a fiduciary and legal perspective by the Missouri Governing Board of Directors; however, a local Advisory Board provides support, guidance, and community leadership to Nurses for Newborns of TN. (Note: the 990 listed in financials includes both states) The Chairman of the Board in St. Louis is Ms. Kelly Ferrara. However, money raised in Tennessee stays in Tennessee. Our office is responsible for securing the needed funds to maintain operations. The Tennessee Advisory Board assists in this function by their personal donations, fundraising efforts and promotion of our mission and operations. |
