CEO/Executive Director/Board Comments
Sweet Sleep's board of a directors is made up of individuals and professionals passionate about serving orphans. The biggest challenge we face is finding the correct balance of personnel to man this governing body. Because we stick very strongly to our term limits, we have a need to cycle in new board members, ideas and perspectives on a regular basis. Additionally, we are in the process of developing an advisory board for leaders who have cycled off the board, but would like to stay close to the charity. |
